1. Processing & Handling Time

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Standard orders are typically processed and professionally packed within [e.g., 3–7] business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Insurance: All shipments arranged by the Gallery include transit insurance. Note: Under NY UCC § 2-509, the “risk of loss” typically passes to the buyer once the artwork is delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise specified in your sales contract. 

3. International Shipping

• Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, VAT, and customs duties imposed by the destination country.
• Documentation: For artworks valued at $2,500 or more, we handle the mandatory Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing required by U.S. Census Bureau regulations.
• Timeframes: International delivery typically takes [e.g., 10–21] business days, though customs clearance may cause unforeseen delays. 

4. Local Pickup & Installation

• Gallery Pickup: Clients may collect their purchases free of charge at our [Insert Neighborhood, e.g., Chelsea] location during regular business hours.

5. Delivery Issues & Damage
